IP Office Release 7 is Available from 23 March 2011

Analog& Digital Communications are able to offer upgrades and new installations running the latest release of Avaya IP Office software, Release 7.

This exciting release includes the following new features, all of which are supported on IP Office 500/500 v2 controllers:

Norstar / BCM Migration to IP Office – Support for selected Nortel Phones
New Hardware modules to support Nortel Phones

New Phone Series -
9500 Series: 9504, 9508, and a BM12 LCD Button Module – 9600 design, paper-less
• New 9600 Series: 9608, 9621G, 9641G
• New industrial DECT handsets: 3740 and 3749 and simplified DECT Management
IP Office Essential Edition “Quick Mode” for sub 20 user installations – supports out of the box operation, basic system functionality, voicemail for all phones, easy upgrade to “standard Mode”
SIP Trunk enhancements

CCR Agent gadget for One-X portal
