Call Reports to your “InBox”

As business becomes more and more competitive, the need for accurate data concerning day to day expenses generated via the phone, fax, printers or internet usage become key to running a cost effective and efficient operation.  But running reports and trying to gather this information from various sources can also mean a headache at the end of the month and all too often the old TMS system has stopped working  halfway through the month? No Data! No Reports! No way of managing these costs! A&D have taken away the headache and introduced managed VSA to help. 

Managed VSA Call Accounting—What is it?

We take the raw call information from your telephone system and email it back to our server, where we process the call data, cost it at the correct rates and archive it into our SQL database.  Then we set it to generate weekly and monthly call reports which get emailed to you and your management team (If required).  We take care of your data for 12 months and make sure the cost codes are correct and that the data is backed up.  We also know if you are not generating any call data within 12 hours and are able to get this problem resolved so that at the end of the week you are not missing call data.
