Field Technicians

Analog & Digital Communications have seven technical staff in Durban, three in JHB and one in Capetown available to support our multinational client base. All technicians are cross trained to provide support on all products we supply. Each technician is also a specialist of a particular Brand, and is there to offer advanced 2nd and 3rd line support should it be required.

Our technicians are trained by the manufacturer or distributor of the brand, and have obtained the relevant certification required to be able to support our range of products.

We are also proud to boast accreditations including AVAYA ACA and CISCO CCNA as credentials to part of our team.
