Analog & Digital Communications have a helpdesk consisting of 2 cheerful staff members, who are ready to take your calls when you need assistance. Calls may be logged in the following manner:

Your details are verified on our customer database, and we will take a detailed description of the problem or requirement and allocate this to the relevant technician or staff member. You will be provided with a reference number for the case.
Our technical support is available for remote support, and they are able to connect to most systems via the internet or a dial in facility. We are able to resolve about 70% of calls this way, saving our clients time and money in getting their queries or problems fixed without a visit by a technician.
If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we’ll send a technician to site to assist. Our technicians are product certified and experienced to work on your equipment.
Ongoing issues are escalated to the Technical Manager who will pursue a resolution via the manufacturers support and escalation processes should he not be able to resolve the problem timeously.
