Analog & Digital Communications employ a full time trainer and client liaison representative. This function is very important to us as the trainer helps our customers to get the most use out of our solutions and systems. Our trainer is experienced, professional, efficient and conversant in the systems we provide. We want our customers to benefit from all the features provided and to use them to their full potential; that way we can help improve your business efficiency and customer service.
We provide training from end user to system administrator, as well as cheat sheets, printed training materials, and ongoing support. The trainer will also call on our customers at least once a year on site to check all is well and to assist with any queries.
