Server and Desktop Support
Analog& Digital offer a helpdesk facility for customers to log fault requests, receive a reference number which will allow them to get updates on the progress of their fault. We offer full remote desktop support and onsite assistance where required by accredited technicians. Our network services server and desktop support is currently limited to the greater Durban area.
Network Services support contracts
Analog& Digital now offer a service credit support system for Network services clients. This is a service only, prepaid system that allows customers the ability to pre-purchase support credits which are used for remote support, onsite and callout charges. This system provides the customer with a committed Silver SLA, attendance to issues without the need to sign off quotations and contractual rates which are more competitive than call out customer rates.
Mail Spooling and Dynamic DNS facilities
Analog& Digital offer mail spooling facilities to back up customers inbound email, in case the local ADSL line fails. This prevents email from being returned as undeliverable to the sender. Once the ADSL line is restored, the email is automatically sent to the mail server for delivery.
