A&D Deliver an end to end, professional voice and internet solution for our clients. We have partnered with the best networks, vendors and carriers to be able to deliver these services to you, and our strength is in the implementation, delivery and ongoing support of these services.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Onsite or Remote, we have a team of dedicated technicians that are skilled in our products and services ready to support you. Tickets are logged online or via our helpdesk, and scheduled to the relevant resources based on the priority and skillset required.

TRAINING

We have online and onsite training facilities for end user, handset, and administrator training on all our products.

SELF SERVICE

Our helpdesk and hosted PBX platform has various portals for reporting and user management available.

DETAILED REPORTING

Our hosted TMS services allow scheduled reporting to be automatically emailed to clients on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring costs are kept to a minimum without the burden of an onsite TMS system.

MONTHLY COST SAVING ANALYSIS

Each month our SIP Trunk Service clients receive a report detailing their call usage, as well as the comparative call cost had it been made via the incumbent operator. This provides a call by call analysis on saving achieved using VoIP and/or Hosted PBX

SERVICE MAINTENANCE / SLA AGREEMENTS

A&D recommend maintenance agreements are in place following the initial warranty period. This agreement covers all onsite and remote services, hardware, backups and configuration changes. Customers are able to therefore pay a fixed monthly support charge, and have the assurance that their communications systems are taken care of.

SOFTWARE UPDATES

A&D Provide system software updates, as well as traditional TMS cost code updates where required for onsite installations. These are provisioned by our technical team.

CARRIER / NETWORK SUPPORT

Facilitated by our helpdesk, our clients enjoy a single point of contact to report any line faults, as well as PBX faults to us. We will identify the carrier issue onsite, and report it to the relevant network on your behalf. We also provide this as a service for any additional requirements or augmentations.
